От този ден нататък Невърленд вече не е било онова прекрасно и вълшебно място. В домашните клипчета,Майкъл казва Невърленд е моето място, Невърлен това съм аз. Не мога да си представя какво са му причинили? Колко трябва да мразиш един човек за да му оръшкаш така къщата? И знаейки кой е ? The event named "This Is It" .The touring deal with concert promoter AEG Live was arranged by a Colony Capital associate Dr Tohme Tohme who has been Michael's manager and president of MJJ Productions for a year.As part of the deal, AEG's corporate parent, Anschutz Corp., agreed to invest in a pet project of Mr. Jackson's, a 3-D feature film based on his song and music video "Thriller."People close to the singer say that he is eager to return to work. "Between Anschutz and us, he's got plenty of capital," said Tom Barrack, Colony's chief executive. "He's serious, he's focused, he's healthy and he's listening."To obtain insurance for the tour, AEG arranged for an independent physician to conduct a five-hour physical exam of Mr. Jackson. "Bad" was originally intended as a duet between Jackson and musician Prince. Other artist that were suppose to be featured on the album were Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin and Barbra Streisand; none of those collaborations ended up happening. The album's songs lyrics pertain to romance and paranoia; paranoia was a frequent theme for Jackson, having used it on his previous albums. Allmusic noted that Bad moved Jackson "deeper into hard rock, deeper into schmaltzy adult contemporary, deeper into hard dance — essentially taking each portion of Thriller to an extreme, while increasing the quotient of immaculate studiocraft."
"Dirty Diana" was viewed by critics as a "misogynistic", and its lyrics pertaining to a sexual predator, do not aim for the "darkness" of "Billie Jean"; but instead, sounds equally intrigued by an apprehensive of a sexual challenge, while having the opportunity to accept or resist it. "Leave Me Alone" was described as being a "paranoid anthem". On "Man in the Mirror," the song was described as Jackson going "a step further" and offering "a straightforward homily of personal commitment", which can be seen in the lyrics, "I'm starting with the man in the mirror/I'm asking him to change his ways/And no message could have been clearer/If you wanna make the world a better place/Take a look at yourself and then make a change." The lyrics to "Speed Demon" are about driving fast. "Bad" was viewed as a rived "Hit the Road, Jack" progression with lyrics that pertain to 'boasting'.
"Liberian Girl"s lyrics were viewed as a "glisten" with "gratitude" for the "existence of a loved one. "Smooth Criminal"s music showed resemblance to "the popcorn-chomping manner" of "Thriller." "Smooth Criminal" was thought of as an example to "Jackson's free-form language" that keeps people "aware that we are on the edge of several realities: the film, the dream it inspires, the waking world it illuminates". The music in "I Just Can't Stop Loving You", a duet with Siedah Garrett, consisted mainly of finger snaps and timpani. "Just Good Friends", a duet with Stevie Wonder, was view by critics as sounding good at the beginning of the song, but eventually becomes a "chin-bobbing cheerfulness". The song was originally intended as a duet with longtime rival Prince. Quincy Jones, in an interview included in the special edition of Bad, said that Prince told Jackson and him that he had not wanted to participate because "it would be a hit without (him)".

Най-светлата дата в живота на Майкъл, както всички знаем, е 29.08.1958г.
Роди се най-светлата звезда, роди се таланта, роди се човека, който ни даде и ни научи на толкова много и който просто промени нас и света ни.
Ето, просто, кратко, ясно казано.
Така е. Аз пък преди бях разбрала от един клип, гласящ "30 неща, който не знаете за Майкъл" и едното нещо беше: "Песента "Bad" трябваше да е дует с Принс, но той отказал да бъде част от нея, защото не можел да каже в песните си "Your butt is mine"
(Е, колко е вярно пък това... но е забавно;)).

Определено е бил замислен дует с Принс за "Bad", но едва ли това е била причината за отказа му да участва в него. Струва ми се много детинско, а ако е бил проблем, тази фраза винаги може да се замени с друга, нали?
А по принцип искренно съжалявам, че не се е получило. Много харесвам Принс и щеше да ми е настина приятно да ги чуя двамата в дует. Жалко, че нещата са се провалили.

Съгласна съм.Харесвам Принс, ноо до там.
Като самостоятелен изпълнител е уникален и интересен.
Но не ме грабва, не ме докосва, не ме разтърсва -както има една приказка.
Има много други изпълнители, който бих искала да видя във съвместно участие със Майкъл.
Да видя-като да бях видяла...съжалявам!
Честно да си кажа, аз не съжалявам, че Принс не участва във Бад.
Виждам''Лошия''в единствено число и то принадлежи на Майкъл.(колкото и тесногръдо и глупаво да е)
Просто не ме интересува как би изглеждала песента със участието на Принс.
Озсъзнавайки, че съм силно пристрастна и(може би) несправедлива-моля, никой да не се дразни и да не обръща внимание на това ми изказване.
Като самостоятелен изпълнител е уникален и интересен.

Днес преди 5 години, Майкъл бе оправдан по всички обвиненеия, отпрвени му от прокуратурата и в часност от превърналия във вендета живота си, Том Снедън.
Майкъл излиза от съда като свободен човек и гражданин, но безкрайно омърсен и принизен, с опетнено име и имидж.
Живота му от тук нататък е кошмарно преминаване на препятствия и сблъскване с етикета, който не можа да пермахне от името си и той го преследваше навсякъде. Дори и след нeопровержимите доказателства в съда за неговатя невинност, той продължи да е поставян на прицел и присмех.
Беше свободен, но в капана на собствената си доброта, филантропия и инфантилност.
Началото на края беше сложено и нищо не можеше да върне този процес.

На 19.11. 2003 в дома на Майкъл нахлува полиция за обиск. Той е в Лас Вегас и снима последния си клип.
Dream Turns into a Nightmare
At roughly 8.30 next morning Stuart Backerman and Jackson cohort Marc Schaffel spoke on the telephone to discuss their departure for Europe the following day. Their conversation was interrupted by an incoming telephone call for Schaffel from Joe Marcus, a security coordinator at Neverland. "It was a weird hour for Joe to be calling," says Backerman, "so Schaffel said he would call me back."
A short while later Backerman's telephone rang. "You gotta turn on the television," said Schaffel. Backerman switched on his TV and saw the now famous helicopter images of police swarming Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. Led by District Attorney Tom Sneddon, 70 sheriffs from the Santa Barbara Police Department had been dispatched to raid Michael Jackson's home. "Honestly," Backerman recalls, "You would have thought it was an army battalion going into an Iraqi village. There were so many of them."

"Michael was just getting ready to leave the 1993 allegations behind and rebrand himself. We'd just finished dealing with the Martin Bashir scandal and here it was again." He sighs. "Here it was again."
In Las Vegas, it fell on manager Dieter Wiesner to break the news to Michael Jackson. "Michael was still in his room," Wiesner explains. "He was sitting next to the fireplace when I came in and he was very quiet. I had to tell him and it was not easy to tell Michael things like this because he was in such a good mood. He saw a future. When the Bashir situation arose he was very down. Now everything had changed and Michael was ready to do new things. Then, to go to his room and tell him such a bad situation… it was a disaster.
"I told him, 'Michael, there is bad news but on the other side you have to see it as also good news. The bad news is the police are on the ranch.' Michael was completely shocked. I was sitting next to him; I had my arm on his shoulder.
"He looked at me and he was really... You could see the blood going out of his face. He was deeply shocked. But I told him, 'Michael, now you have the chance finally to clear up everything. Once and forever you can clear up everything.'"
News spread quickly amongst the crew. "I saw it on TV that morning and by the time I got to the hotel lobby, everybody else had already found out," says a crew member. "So we went to work as normal and waited to see what was going to happen.
"Of course, when we got to the soundstage it was a complete zoo with paparazzi and fans. It had leaked where we were shooting. The day before, nobody knew we were shooting or anything.
"We waited that entire day for Michael to come and I think we went back a second day. Then he called finally and said, 'I'm just not going to be able to come'."
Jackson spent much of those two days crying, says Dieter Wiesner. "I was sitting with him day and night. He was shocked; he was crying… he didn't know what to do. It was such a bad situation. We were supposed to go to Europe. He was ready to move on in his life and everything was prepared. It was just a beautiful situation and this news shocked him deeply. Really, it killed him."
Two days after the Neverland raid Jackson's depression turned to anger. When it emerged that the boy behind the accusation was none other than Gavin Arvizo, the boy whose hand Jackson had held in the Martin Bashir documentary, Jackson decided to fight.
"You know, when it was clear that this allegation was because of the Arvizos, then he started to really fight the situation," says Wiesner. "Michael told me, 'Dieter, you know what, they should bring this young boy into a big place, invite all the press and he should look me in the eyes and tell me that I did this.' So he was ready to fight."
That the allegation had come from the Arvizos made the ruination of the MJ Universe project even more galling for Stuart Backerman. "Sneddon didn't have anything except the word of Janet Arvizo, and she was totally crazy," says Backerman. "And I know that because I was there and I saw her. She had a track record as long as my right arm. Sneddon just wanted to get Jackson.
"It's very frustrating to this day. We had the world's greatest celebrity and he was more focused than he had been for a long time. But the whole thing got cut off by Sneddon."
Almost unbelievably, Sneddon had managed for the second time to steal Jackson's movie dream away from him just as he was on the cusp of achieving it. Prior to the 1993 allegations, moving into the movie industry had been Jackson's greatest preoccupation. His chances ruined by the scandal of the Jordy Chandler debacle, he'd wound up back on the road - the one place he'd least wanted to be - and grown ever more weary of the music business.
Movie success was the one type of success which had always managed to evade Jackson - the most decorated entertainer in history - and it had long been the one type of success he truly longed for. Believing that One More Chance would fulfill his contract with Sony, Jackson had felt he was finally free to pursue his vision.
"I really have to say, he was a very sharp guy. He knew exactly what he wanted," laments Dieter Wiesner. "I think if he would have had the time and if nobody had come in-between, he could have been very successful in the second part in this career, with the movies and the animated videos. In my opinion, he would still be here today."
With movie success set firmly in his sights, Jackson was merely jumping through the necessary hoops before he could pursue that goal with one hundred percent of his attention and energy. One More Chance, he had thought, was the final hoop. Michael Jackson had believed that the single and music video would win him back his freedom. It is one of life's cruel ironies that the next time his fans saw him, he would be in handcuffs.

At roughly 8.30 next morning Stuart Backerman and Jackson cohort Marc Schaffel spoke on the telephone to discuss their departure for Europe the following day. Their conversation was interrupted by an incoming telephone call for Schaffel from Joe Marcus, a security coordinator at Neverland. "It was a weird hour for Joe to be calling," says Backerman, "so Schaffel said he would call me back."
A short while later Backerman's telephone rang. "You gotta turn on the television," said Schaffel. Backerman switched on his TV and saw the now famous helicopter images of police swarming Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. Led by District Attorney Tom Sneddon, 70 sheriffs from the Santa Barbara Police Department had been dispatched to raid Michael Jackson's home. "Honestly," Backerman recalls, "You would have thought it was an army battalion going into an Iraqi village. There were so many of them."
