Jermaine Jackson Wants To Meet With President Obama About Monument For Michael

America's capital, Washington D.C., is full of breathtaking landmarks, monuments and memorials; now, at least one person wants to give it a thriller.

Jermaine Jackson was snapped outside of a swanky restaurant in the District on Wednesday, and cameramen asked the brother of the late King of Pop about a possible meeting with President Barack Obama.

When asked what the purpose of the meeting would be, Jermaine, 55, said he was going to see about getting "a monument for Michael" erected.

The Beat It singer wasn't the only tabloid mainstay photogs peppered Jermaine with questions about: When asked if he had any advice for troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, Jermaine replied, "We're praying for her."

Friends/fans who have been there these past days have reported that FL are taking measures to handle the situation.

Not only have fans managed to snuck into Holly Terrace several times, but even people who have family buried in the Holly Terrace have told fans their family name so that they can try to sneak in on their own using that name too.

A week a ago, a friend of mine reported that ONLY flowers that was being bought at FL flowershop was allowed in. Apparantly, the directions came from the Jackson family. However, Im not completely sure about this any longer, so dont take this as gospel at this time. But, if you really wanna be sure that your gift is being taken inside Holly Terrace, its best to order from their flowershop.

Forest Lawn have now created a platform on the lawn right outside Holly Terrace where fans can leave their flowers for Michael. Apparantly, they want to distract people so they wont go to the patio/doors. Dont know how long they will have this platform- some say just during summer and MJs birthday and then hopefully everything will cool down while others have said that security have told them the platform will be there forever. This platform is suppose to function as a "monument" where you leave your gifts for MJ. They dont want fans up on the patio/by the doors so this is their solution at this time.

No flags/stuffed animals, candles etc are being brought into Holly Terrace anymore. To my understanding, only flowers are allowed in to Holly Terrace at this moment. All gifts are being placed in a storage and these items are put aside for the Jacksons to decide what to do with it.

This is what has been reported at this time from different fans that have visited and talked with security at Forest Lawn. However, it seems like there is always a change in their system and what has been reported today by fans will not be the same in a week or so.

Museum of Dance -- Making Room for MJ Tribute

Michael Jackson won't just get a plaque when he's inducted into the Hall of Fame at the National Museum of Dance next month ... dude is getting an entire garden -- thanks to a band of passionate fans.



TMZ has learned museum officials have agreed to make space for a permanent garden to honor the late icon -- after an MJ fan group informed employees that an influx of flowers would be headed their way on the day MJ will be enshrined.

So, instead of just letting the flowers die ... the museum's honchos -- along with a local florist -- decided to construct a permanent garden in MJ's honor on the museum's grounds.

There's a tiny catch -- the MJ fan group is gonna have to foot the bill for the garden -- and the size of the garden will be determined by how much cash they raise.

Jermaine Jackson showed no mercy in Malibu yesterday on the fate he thinks should befall Dr. Conrad Murray and others he believes killed Michael Jackson.

Late superstar MICHAEL JACKSON will be honoured with a floral tribute when he is inducted into the Dance Hall of Fame at the National Museum of Dance in Saratoga Springs, New York in August (10). Officials will create a permanent flower garden at the facility to honour his memory.

Michael Jackson Doctors Won't Be Charged In Singer's Death
California state investigators will not file charges against seven other doctors who treated the late star.

Seven doctors who treated the late Michael Jackson will not be charged in the singer's death. According to The Associated Press California officials said Wednesday (July 28) that they will not file charges against the doctors who were under scrutiny as part of an investigation launched by the state's Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement.

Jackson passed away in June 2009 after suffering cardiac arrest. His personal doctor Conrad Murray — who was not one of the seven doctors included in the investigation — has been charged in his death and pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter after allegedly giving the star the potent anesthetic propofol.

"I am very disappointed," said Brian Oxman, an attorney for Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson. "The misuse of medications by Michael Jackson in the last years of his life was excessive and to fail to bring that to the public eye is ignoring reality." Oxman is serving as Joe Jackson's lawyer in a wrongful death suit against Murray.

Bureau spokesperson Christine Gasparac told the AP that one of the doctors who was under investigation was referred to the California Medical Board for prescribing drugs to one of Jackson's aliases, however, a spokesperson for the board did not confirm the referral. A spokesperson for the Drug Enforcement Agency told the AP that it has also dropped its investigation into Jackson's doctors.

Murray lawyer Ed Chernoff has maintained that the doctor did not administer a fatal dose of propofol and has suggested that either Jackson gave himself the anesthetic or another person may have supplied the late star with the dose. However, an anesthesia expert has said the possibility of Jackson administering the drug himself is unlikely.

A preliminary hearing in the Jackson manslaughter case is slated for August and Murray faces a sentence of up to four years in jail.



Woman claims to be love child of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross' sister, Barbara Ross-Lee



While no small number of people have come forth claiming to be the "love child" of Michael Jackson since his death last June (Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, anyone?), this latest story has got to be the craziest.

Mocienne Petit Jackson claims she is the love child of MJ and Diana Ross' older sister, Barbara Ross-Lee, a well-respected physician, and was conceived in 1975, when Jackson was 17-years-old.

On her website, Mocienne says she was "kidnapped" at the age of 9 by Katherine Jackson and sent to the Netherlands, where she now lives.

A letter to a lawyer, written in broken English, asks for help to be added to Jackson's estate and to gain custody of his three children so they "will have a genuinely good life rather than being taken care of by my grandparents for the wrong reasons."

Ross-Lee spoke to a European radio station about all the rumors and revealed that Mocienne had been hounding her about this for years.

"She truly is delusional. She has been emailing me for years, saying that I was her mother," Ross-Lee said.

"Number one I didn't know the woman. Number two, in all honesty, I have never met Michael Jackson, although he had been very close to members of my family. It's become a system of harassment more than anything else. In all honesty, initially I thought it was rather amusing, but it's no longer amusing. Her motive is money, clearly she wants to be part of the Michael Jackson estate."

Clearly. We'll give Mocienne five points for creativity, though.
