A Michael Jackson Tour, for Travelers

Little more than a year after the death of Michael Jackson, a travel company is offering fans a chance to embark on a pilgrimage by taking a world tour of destinations billed as the King of Pop’s favorites. The tour, offered by the London-based company STA Travel, spans all the continents save Antarctica.

It starts in London and the Hamleys toy shop, which Mr. Jackson frequented. Also included are Bahrain, where the pop star went in 2005 after his acquittal on child molestation charges; Sydney, Australia, where he married Debbie Rowe; a hamlet outside Budapest, site of a life-size marzipan Jackson statue; and his memorial site in Los Angeles.

“We thought in time for the one-year anniversary of his death it would be a fun way to celebrate his life and to incorporate pop culture with a love of travel,” said Sophie Nicholson, a spokeswoman for STA Travel.

The minimum duration for the tour is 35 days — about three days per location — for a cost of £2,759, around $4,200 at $1.47 to the pound, and the full tour lasts 126 days for a cost of £12,000.

Not every place Michael Jackson visited made it, however. The Berlin hotel where he dangled a baby off the balcony was left off the itinerary. “That was kind of a negative thing,” Ms. Nicholson said, “so we haven’t included that."

Интересно предложение, но защо ме накара да се запитам, дали не се прекалява твърде много? Но всъщност всичко, което носи печалба за бинеса е добро. Или бъркам?

Идеята им е добра...Особено за бизнеса...Майкъл продължава да храни и обогатява доста персони и това скоро няма да свърши. Четох, че през 2009г. Майкъл е завършил поредния 7-годишен цикъл от естествения ход на живота си и е бил на прага на нов период , което означавало, че е жив /не е уточнено в какъв смисъл..., но във финансов със сигурност!/ и още поне 12-15 години ще носи печалби и името му ще бъде в светлината на прожекторите и основен спонсор в банковите сметки на мнозина...

Details On The Ubisoft Michael Jackson Game


To say Ubisoft’s E3 Press Conference was a bit odd would be an understatement. However, beneath all the laser tagging was a few gems such as the new Rayman title. Although, the biggest surprise was with the show closer: A new Michael Jackson game. Nothing was revealed beyond their intentions as all Ubi had was an announcement and a stage show.



EuroGamer has now scored some solid info on the game. Dubbed Michael Jackson: The Experience, it will take advantage of the movement tech on all the platforms. The Wii version will use the Wii Motion Plus and will be similar to Just Dance. On the PS3, it will use the Move along with having Mic support for some karoke action while the 360 version will take advantage of Kinect in the same way thet You Shape does (i.e. full body imaging). The handhelds will go the rhythmic tapping route.



Surprisingly, Michael Jackson: The Experience is much further along than we thought as Ubi plans to launch it in November. Now your Christmas cards can have a pic of the whole family moonwalking across the living room instead of the tired "professional" photos.

Като се замисля аз на каква възраст ще съм след 15 години и си дам сметка, че има и доста по- възрастни фенове от мен, всичко си идва на мястото. Могат да си измислят, *без ограничения*, кой каквото си иска.
Единствено ме вълнува, парите който е имал и заслужил (с таланта и труда си през 45 годишната си кариера)
да се съхранят за семейството и
персонално за децата му.Да не бъде ограбен от чужди хора.
Други хора да не се облагодетелстват от неговите ПАРИ.

А кой какво и как се опитва да изкара на негов гръб, нито ме дразни нито ме интересува.
Извинете ме, но и *тоалетна хартия* с неговия лик да измислят-няма да се учудя.
Винаги ще има какво да се прави ЗА ПАРИ.....!

Michael Jackson's new CD reportedly out in late 2010 -- New song, 'A Place with No Name' included?

Even after the tragic passing of Michael Jackson, fans are still hoping to hear some of the never before released songs that the King of Pop reportedly has in his library of work. According to a new report, a new album from Michael Jackson is set to be released later this year, and it will reportedly include the song, "A Place with No Name."

According to a new report by the Daily Record, the song is a re-write of the famous song, "A Horse with No Name," from the band America back in 1972. The writer of the original song, Dewey Bunnell is pleased with the fact that Jackson liked the song enough to "rework" the song.

Bunnell says:

"I had heard about it a couple of years ago, before Michael passed. After his death, I forgot about it. Now it seems the song will come out this year, and the credits will read 'Michael Jackson and Dewey Bunnell.' It's pretty amazing."
