MJ: I trust doc with my life Star's fateful words hours before he died
DOOMED Michael Jackson boasted his doctor was the "best in the world", telling aides, "I trust this guy with my life" just two days before he was killed by drugs administered by his trusted medic.
We can reveal how ***** heaped praise on cardiologist Dr Conrad Murray as he prepared for a dress rehearsal at the Staples Center in LA on June 23, 2009.
He also insisted the doctor was paid almost £2 million for his round-the-clock services during the This Is It concerts - threatening to pull out if his demands were not meet.
Michael, 50, who died of a Propofol overdose on June 25, told aides: "My doctor is the best in the world.
"I feel completely comfortable with him. I trust this guy with my life. He's an incredible guy and understands what I need. He is a friend to me and my family.
"He makes me feel good about myself, and young again. Without him I wouldn't be able to function. I need him to make my body - this machine - work the way it does."
Heart
In another outburst the Thriller star added: "He is my family doctor. He helped Paris and Prince (*****'s kids) when they had the flu and takes care of me. He has helped many people with heart issues, and saved lives. I am so happy he is with me. I know he is there for me."
One onlooker said: "It was like Michael was going out of his way to make out Murray was a Nobel Prize-winning medic. He made a point of talking up Murray."
Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter over the singer's death and the new revelations will be used by his defence to demonstrate how the doctor was neither greedy nor a hanger-on.
Aides say ***** threw a fit when concert bosses questioned his demands that Murray, 56, be given £95,900 a month to look after him during the shows at the O2 in London. Concert promoter Randy Phillips of AEG gave in and agreed.
One aide said: "Randy couldn't see why so much money was being spent on a staff member who could be on a tenth of the salary in the UK.
"Michael backed them into a corner - and Randy gave in - although he put it on Michael's ever-growing bill. I don't think Murray even asked for millions, that was Michael's idea. With that high salary Michael felt he could demand anything from the doctor."
Frank DiLeo, *****'s manager, confirmed the wrangles, adding: "I said, 'Michael, for $5 million, I'll buy you a hospital'. He said this guy was his family doctor. It made sense to me, to a degree."
But the News of the World has been told ***** lied to his financial backers about his friendship with Murray. One insider said: "Michael made out he and Murray had a relationship stemming back years. He told us that he was his family doctor, when he had no such thing." And Dr Tohme Tohme, who took care of the singer's business affairs for three years before his death, said: "Michael never had a family doctor."
Meanwhile *****'s dad Joe Jackson has won his fight with his son's estate to see Michael's medical records from the day he died. He says he needs them for a possible wrongful death lawsuit and to help his bid to get a regular allowance from *****'s estate.
He reckons the files will "provide the necessary foundation for evidence he will present at the family allowance hearing (on May 26) about his overall ongoing financial needs during the course of estate administration."
Murray faces a preliminary trial in the next few months with a judge deciding if the case is strong enough to proceed.
Murray's spokesman insisted last night that ***** and Murray were "good friends"

Thursday, March 25, 2010 To anyone who wants to see more about MJ in a positive light: I have asked to do a 2-hour special on Michael Jackson, separate and apart from the hour that will air on TRUE CRIME. The TV Special will focus mainly on Michael, the man, and his life in secret isolation with his 3 children... there's a lot no one knows... and I can shine the light on MJ... I truly believe there are lessons to be learned from Michael's life that can teach us all about humility, patience, and grace, especially in the face of tremendous adversity.
I need your support, so Discovery will give me a chance to "let loose" with e new MJ special.
So please please watch TRUE CRIME tonight... and email me your comments and thoughts about my interviewing techniques, or the flow of the show, just anything so I can get your feedback! You can post your thoughts here; on my Facebook pages; or on my Twitter site:
True Crime on Facebook ! Aphrodite Jones on Facebook ! Twitter ! Email me
BTW the MJ hour I did will air in April (end of April). Ican't wait to see your response to my giving JACKSON my full support, and showing the world he was "framed" and mistreated by a bad judicial system and a tireless media machine.
Michael Jackson's father has said he plans to bring a case against the late pop star's doctor for wrongful death.
Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, told Reuters news agency that the amount of prescription drugs given to the star amounted to second-degree murder.
"That is Russian roulette, that is loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers," Mr Oxmand said.
Dr Conrad Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter as part of a criminal investigation.
Joe Jackson's legal action is to be a civil case, which could run in parallel to the criminal trial.
The criminal action could result in a jail sentence whereas the civil lawsuit's main purpose is winning monetary damages against Dr Murray.
Skin-whitening creams
Mr Oxmand said Michael Jackson had been given Propofol every night for six weeks and said it was "reckless, and it amounts to second-degree murder".
The singer, best known for hits such as Thriller and Bad, died last year aged 50.
He had been rehearsing for a series of concerts scheduled to take place in London.
Earlier this month, California's attorney general Edmund Brown said Dr Murray should not practise while he faces charges over the performer's death.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that large quantities of general anaesthetic and dozens of tubes of skin-whitening creams were found in Jackson's home during searches after his death.
The creams are commonly used to treat vitiligo, a skin disease Jackson suffered from that causes patches of skin to lose pigmentation.
Michael Jackson's most loyal fans are taking to the skies in order to send a message to Doc Murray -- and the plan is set to take flight the next time Murray is set to appear in court.
A group of fans have raised $1,250 to fly an airplane banner over the L.A. County Superior Courthouse between 1-2pm on April 5 ... when Dr. Murray is next scheduled to show his face.
The sign will read "We demand justice for Michael Jackson" -- and the group is so fired up about it, they've already sent out a press release with a Photoshopped image of what they think the scene will look like (see above).
The same group of fans are also raising money to buy Katherine Jackson a bouquet of 100 roses for additional support ... as well as a locket for Paris Jackson's birthday on April 3. Sorry if that ruined the surprise.
We demand justice for Michael Jackson!
Може би тук не е мястото да размишлявам над тези въпроси ( има си друга секция затова), но :Mr Oxmand said Michael Jackson had been given Propofol every night for six weeks and said it was "reckless, and it amounts to second-degree murder ме накараха да го напиша. Спирам и без това думите трудно описват страданието, което изпитвам от девет месеца насам!
Четверг, 01 Апреля 2010 г. 12:47 Статья от 4 мая 2009 года. Когда Майкл Джексон приглашает тебя поработать вместе с ним , ты отправляешься туда, где он записывается. Will.i.am.
Will.i.am. I love this beat''.
David Gabber 1 июля 2009 года http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00025404.html Will.i.am. Daily Mirror.
''Он был очень озабочен тем, чтобы записи никто не смог украсть, и держал все под ключом. '' - объясняет Will.
К сожалению, Will.i.am.
Сейчас говорят о том, что Sony принуждает Will.i.am.

Jackson Dancers Plot European Tour
The dancers MICHAEL JACKSON handpicked for his doomed THIS IS IT concert dates in London last year (09) are embarking on their own King of Pop tribute tour of Europe.
The dancers, including Mekia Cox, Tyne Hecklein and Nick Bass, will join choreographer Travis Payne on the Still the King club tour, which begins in London on 5 May (10).
All those taking part in the dates were featured in the This Is It concert film.
The dancers were preparing for a 50-date run of shows at London's O2 Arena last summer (Jun09) when Jackson died.
La Toya Jackson believes others should be brought to justice over her brother’s death by Annaliza Borg
“I do believe Dr Conrad Murray is responsible for his death but other parties are also involved in this. This was definitely a conspiracy and other people should be brought to justice. Dr Conrad was simply the fall guy – the guy they told to do this to him,” said Michael Jackson’s sister La Toya Jackson while in Malta, yesterday.
During a press conference at the Radisson Golden Sands Resort, La Toya Jackson explained that she happened to be in Europe promoting a luxurious hand cream when Stefano Cecchi’s brother called inviting her over to Malta to collect a lifetime achievement award on behalf of her brother from Cecchi Records.
“Michael was worth more dead than alive. They knew what they had to plan for this to happen. They also knew he was not capable of doing 50 shows,” she continued.
“It is a tragedy because he should have been here with us today,” she added noting that she had lost a “wonderful, kind, loving, beautiful brother”, his children had lost an “incredible father” and the world had lost “something that can never be replaced”.
She said the family derive strength from the outpouring of grief around the world but at the same time it still hurt a lot and an empty feeling persists.
Questioned about the award itself, La Toya Jackson said these awards mean that there are people out there who still love him very much.
“I love the fact that people are very interested in him and I believe they will always be. This in a sense is keeping him alive,” she said.
“Everyone in our family wants to keep his legacy alive,” she added, explaining that when she collects awards like these she hands them over to his children.
Michael Jackson died in June last year and La Toya Jackson describes the past months as “a struggle for everyone” because it was hard to understand that “he is no longer with us”. She personally chooses not to believe this and pretends he is still here, as this is the way she wants it for now.
She believes his children are coping quite well, adding that they spend a lot of time with their cousins – which she believes helps a lot, besides getting personal help.
La Toya’s new album is due to be released later this year.

One of the creditor's claims the Michael Jacksonestate has rejected was filed by a 25-year-old man who says he's the biological son of the late singer.
Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson had filed a claim with the estate, but he's not asking for money -- he wants a DNA test proving he's MJ's flesh and blood.
But as we first reported, Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, formally rejected a bunch of claims yesterday, including the one from P.M.M.J.J.
We're told more rejections are coming, so stay tuned.
The sister who mothered Michael Jackson Rebbie Jackson helped raise her superstar brother. Now she speaks about his death. By JAMES FANELLI Last Updated: 7:50 AM, April 18, 2010 Posted: 12:02 AM, April 18, 2010
Rebbie Jackson may be the least-known performer out of Michael Jackson’s siblings, but aside from his parents, she likely had the biggest influence on the King of Pop.
When she was a teenager, her mother, Katherine, went back to school, leaving her — the oldest of the nine children — in charge of caring for the brood.
“I’m very much the big sister,” Jackson tells The Post. “I helped raise a lot of them. I took care of them and administered the disciplinary action.”
Memories of her role as caregiver in the family’s Gary, Ind., home came flooding back to Rebbie, 59, in the wake of Michael’s death on June 25.
“When he passed, I thought about him the way he was as a kid,” she says, recalling the iconic star’s cherubic smile that first brightened stages as a member of the Jackson 5 and later as a solo artist.
After her brother overdosed on the powerful sedative Propofol, Rebbie, who lives with her husband, Nathaniel Brown, in Las Vegas, canceled a string of performances. She spent two and half months in California at her brother’s and mother’s estates, comforting her family. She also resumed her role as caregiver — this time tending to Michael’s children, Prince, 13; Paris, 12; and Blanket, 8.
“I have to say, for a while, it was very difficult to listen to anything that Michael’s voice was on,” she says. “That’s pretty tough to escape. Everywhere you go — food markets, departments stores, TV and radio — they are playing his music.”
Nearly a year later, Rebbie says she still wakes up in the middle of the night haunted by the circumstances surrounding his brother’s death. His doctor, Conrad Murray, currently awaits trial on manslaughter charges for his role in administering the fatal narcotic and facilitating the legendary singer’s addiction.
“My brother had a problem with drugs, and he was in denial,” Rebbie says. “There were many interventions by the family members, and I was involved in a lot of that. It was such a sad thing and it hurt so bad.”
Time has healed at least some wounds. She is back listening to her brother’s music, and she’s ready to sing. In her stage return, she will headline a tribute show to the Temptations at the Mellow Theater in Scranton, Pa. She plans to perform songs by the legendary Motown group, hits by the Gloved One and numbers from her own catalog.
Rebbie got a later start in show business than her brothers. While they were dancing and singing as a group in the late 1960s and early 1970s, she was married and raising a family in Kentucky.
She first performed with her siblings in 1974 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, singing “Fever,” a sultry incantation that she plans on dusting off for the April 24 show.
Rebbie recalls Michael bringing her the lyrics and the choreography before the show.
“I learned that song actually on the set. He started chanting the lyrics,” she says. “When you are really involved with the music, it’s whatever comes out of your mouth.”
The mother of three didn’t put out her first album, “Centipede,” until she was 34. Michael produced the record, which eventually went gold, and wrote some of the songs.
Rebbie released three more albums — her last coming in 1998. The soulful chanteuse says she has no plans to release another one any time soon, but is hoping for a reunion tour with her siblings.
“It’s not set in stone, but the sky is the limit,” she says. “I know it would be fun. That would be something I’d really love to be involved with.”
Peas Star Will.I.Am Brought Prince And Jackson Together
BLACK EYED PEAS star will.i.am has revealed he achieved the near-impossible - he brought pop superstar rivals MICHAEL JACKSON and PRINCE together backstage at a show in Las Vegas.
Details of the 2008 summit meeting have remained top secret - until now.

The singer/songwriter explains Prince was performing in Sin City and asked will.i.am to join him onstage. The Black Eyed Peas star jumped at the chance and asked if he could bring his friend Michael.
will.i.am recalls, "I told Quincy (Jones), and he was like, 'I can't believe you got Mike to go there'.
"Prince and Michael Jackson? Come on, dude. That's connecting worlds."
THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL JACKSON AND CIRQUE DU SOLEIL TO DEVELOP MICHAEL JACKSON SHOWS APRIL 20, 2010
First arena touring show slated for late 2011 Las Vegas permanent show to open in 2012
Los Angeles (April 20, 2010) – Two great forces in entertainment have combined with the announcement of an unprecedented arrangement between The Estate of Michael Jackson, represented by Executors John Branca and John McLain, and Cirque du Soleil for the creation, development, production and promotion of Michael Jackson projects, featuring touring and permanent shows, based on the music and songs of Michael Jackson. Special lifestyle projects, including a nightclub to open with the Las Vegas production, will also be developed.
The first of these projects will be an arena-touring show in which fans will experience the excitement of a Michael Jackson concert, expected to debut in late Fall 2011. That arena show is anticipated to enjoy an extended run in Las Vegas in conjunction with longtime Cirque du Soleil partner MGM MIRAGE. The Las Vegas permanent show, also in partnership with MGM MIRAGE, is expected to open in late 2012. MGM MIRAGE will announce the location and plans for the permanent theatrical venue at a later date.
John Branca, Co-Executor for The Estate of Michael Jackson, commented, “This will not just be a tribute to Michael’s musical genius, but a live entertainment experience that uses the most advanced technology to push every creative boundary as Michael always did. Through the use of cutting edge technology, we will produce a Cirque du Soleil experience not only worthy of Michael but unlike any other we have created before. We are also so pleased that our longtime partner MGM MIRAGE has once again joined us in presenting another unique creative experience in Las Vegas. ”
John McClain, Co-Executor for The Estate of Michael Jackson, commented, “There will never be a multi-faceted entrepreneur, humanitarian and innovator like Michael and it is only befitting that this partnership be with Cirque du Soleil. No artist electrified the stage more than Michael did. We expect that his fans will come away from these Cirque du Soleil performances feeling the exhilaration of a Michael Jackson experience and with an even greater appreciation of his legacy.”
Daniel Lamarre, President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil added “We are honored and thrilled to be in partnership with the ultimate and most important record selling artist of all time. Katherine Jackson, mother of Michael Jackson commented. “Our family is thrilled that Cirque du Soleil will pay tribute to my son in such an important way.”
The Estate of Michael Jackson and Cirque du Soleil will each own 50 percent of each Michael Jackson project, sharing equally in the cost of creating, developing, building and producing the projects and in the profits from each project. The Estate of Michael Jackson will also receive royalty payments on various aspects of its intellectual property used in the Michael Jackson projects.

Jackson's Father Angry Over Cirque Du Soleil Show
MICHAEL JACKSON's father JOE is baffled by a decision to dedicate a Cirque du Soleil show to his late son - insisting he will refuse to watch the production.
The late star's estate has signed a deal with the theatrical troupe to produce a stage spectacular featuring the Thriller hitmaker's songs.
It will tour the U.S. in 2011, followed by a residency in Las Vegas, and the star's mother Katherine has backed the venture, insisting the Jackson clan is supporting the plans.
She says in a statement, "Our family is thrilled that Cirque du Soleil will pay tribute to my son in such an important way."
But patriarch Joe is not happy with the idea, telling Popeater.com, "That's something else, isn't it? I won't see it."
Meanwhile, it has been revealed filmmaker Spike Lee was so traumatised by the pop star's death, he has penned new movie 'Brooklyn Loves You, Michael Jackson' about the incident.
Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson - who is reportedly being lined up for a role in the upcoming film - has revealed Spike's "depression" after Michael's passing inspired him to put pen to paper.
He said: "Spike was bent out of shape about Michael Jackson's death for a long time. He was depressed.
"I guess the depression set him into writing that story. He was disturbed by it."
The film will be about a group of people who plan to throw a concert for the pop superstar, but who are "worried about the kind of element that might be coming into the neighborhood".
Samuel also revealed his screen wife is expected to be portrayed by Julianne Moore.
He added: "We had a power meeting. We talked about it and I read the script. So it should be OK."
Jackson Estate Scores Victory Over Bogus Heal The World Website
The executors of MICHAEL JACKSON's estate have won an injunction against the founder of a bogus Heal the World Foundation website who used the name of the late star's defunct charity to promote unofficial merchandise.
Jackson's estate executors sued the owners of the foundation for copyright infringement last year (09), claiming they had misled consumers into giving donations.
A Federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against foundation president Melissa Johnson on Monday (26Apr10), ruling she had set up the site to "convey to consumers a false affiliation with Michael Jackson".
According to TMZ.com, Johnson attempted to register at least 40 trademarks with a direct connection to the hitmaker, who founded his charitable Heal the World Foundation in 1992. The charity was inspired by his single of the same name. Jackson's foundation later dissolved.
Johnson is required to stop "exploiting Michael Jackson's name, image and likeness" as part of the court order.

TMZ has learned ... Katherine Jackson is downsizing the number of grandchildren in her San Fernando Valley mansion -- and the stun gun incident was the catalyst.
Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Katherine has told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza -- who is currently living at the estate, along with two of her kids by Randy Jackson and two others by Jermaine Jackson -- that she must take the kids and move out of the estate next week, because supervising seven children is just too much for the 79-year-old grandmother. But don't think Katherine is heartless. It's the opposite. She's moving Alejandra, along with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr. to a San Fernando Valley condo owned by the estate.
We're told the move was prompted by the stun gun incident last month. TMZ broke the story that 13-year-old Jaafar bought a stun gun online and fired it in the house. Sources say Jaafar pointed the gun at two of Michael's kids, but the family denies that. The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came to the estate, took the gun and interviewed people in the home, and it became apparent seven kids were too much for Katherine to handle. So as of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstru
